The official title for the upcoming "The X-Files" film has been released by series creator Chris Carter. "The X-Files : I Want To Believe" is the title Carter has settled on. Carter broke the news to the Associated Press in a brief interview yesterday where he said the title "suggests Mulder's struggle with his faith."
